CONNECTING COMMUNITIES PROJECT

December 2007

News of a new initiative t bring together local communities

The Connecting Communities Project is a Mobile Information, Support and Signposting Service visiting Rural Communities (18 villages) and will be in Stoke Ferry and Boughton.

The Connecting Communities Project ran a Pilot and successfully received 2 years of funding until October 2009. The project team Bob, Phillip, Karen and Selwyn will be visiting Stoke Ferry and Boughton and our vehicle carries a range of leaflets. There are however no boundaries to the support we offer, so if you need information we haven't got on board, we will do research on your behalf.
