1. Apologies

2. Minutes of the previous meeting (19th January 2011) and matters arising

The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed.

3. Complaints received since the last meeting.

Mr. White stated the company had received no complaints.

4. Noise

No complaints received.

5. Odour Dust & Particulates

No complaints received.

6. Transport.

No complaints received.

7. Buildings.

Mrs. Holton asked if there had been any developments relating to the sale of the Dukes Head & Millers Arms as she had not seen any information on the web.

Mr. White stated that the sale was in the hands of agents "Ryden"

Mrs. Holton also asked if the sale was not successful would the company consider the buildings being renovated and used as a workhub.

Mr. White stated that it may be considered in the future but the main objective was to sell the property.

8. Any other Business

The committee will request information from KLWNBC relating to the results from the particulate monitoring.
