VILLAGE ‘FIT CAMP’

The Village ‘Fit Camp’ is held in the Village Hall on Monday and Friday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. The sessions are motivational, fun and designed to help weight loss, toning, general health and fitness.

Booking is essential as there is limited space. The cost is
